The location is good: middle in the woods, near seaside. Breakfast with sea view was very nice. Room had 3 beds which was appropriate for the children.

Room is very small for a family, with little children. Room needs a renovation , everything is a little outdated. Breakfast was not so delicious, but enough. Cleanliness was just enough.

It is very near to the beach and the sea is beautiful.

The room was very dirty. There is not any service. Never eat at the restaurant of the settlement: food is really horrible and glasses/dishes are dirty!!!I Think it is the worst settlement I've been in my life.

Good location, about half an hour walk from Crikvenica,... Nice beach.

I loved the location, 2 minutes walking from the beach, and the room was in front of the sea.

The room is old, it's better to bring bed sheets and towels, since the policy is to change them every 3/4 days. Stay away from the restaurant, the food is horrible and expensive and the staff is worst.

Excellent location in a wood, near beaches with cristalline water. In the village we found anything we needed, parking, restaurant, and small convenience store.

The buildings and the furniture look very old and need a revamping. The bathroom is really very small, but anyway clean.

The place is into the wild of the Croatian pinewood in front of the sea, with a lot of little bays reachable with 2 minutes walks. The rooms are large and quite cool even if there’s no air-conditioning. The animated nights in the residence (with music and dancing) does not bother a person that wants to go to sleep early. This is the right place for people that are into a low profile and relaxing vacation.

The fact that the room is not cleaned every day but only once a week could be a bad thing, but knowing that in advance you can organize the room in order to keep it clean by yourself. Actually the cleaning lady comes each day to take the garbage.

Very nice environment and beach. Breakfest and dinner are good enough. You won`t be hungry. A bigger town Crikvenica is very close. There is a train car shuttle service from Kacjak to Crikvenica.

This settlement has everything needed for a simple vacation. I advise to take a fan, there is no in the cabin and it was hot there.

It needs fully renovation, beds are really unconfortable, it is really warm even at night.

We liked the restaurant area with beatiful sea view and live music every night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. It is worth it and make you very good holiday feelings :)

Very old furniture and "paper wall" in bungalows - lets you listen all the conversations going on in the next room.

Beautiful surrounding. The settlement is on a peninsula closed to Crikvenica, easily reachable by bicycle or by walk.

There are lots of naturists in the park, half of the peninsula's beaches are conquisted by them. Be prepared and not to be shocked :-)
